I'm having trouble with making a poll, now I did already install two different kinds of polls, the last one was the XOOPS blind poll or something like that.

My wish is to make a poll, that allows anonymous people to vote, but just once. The second very important thing for me is that the results are not shown untill the date it expires or something like an option that sets it off so the results are not affecting the way the people vote.

So please help me with this, cuz I really have no idea how...

Try using the bmsurvey module. I think that might work.
