DMS module installation problems

I'm new to XOOPS - I've installed several modules without problems, but don't know where I'm going wrong with the DMS (Document Management System)mod. I can't see any instructions to help me install, so I thought I'd ask here.

I've copied the whole dms folder into my modules folder, but when I go into the control panel and look, it's not listed as installable.

I'd appreciate any assistance!
