problem with smartfaq

i really need your help guys, my problem is when i am requesting or answering a question. i write the question and press the submit button, but then my IE says the page cannot be found. the question is saved and i can see it by clicking back in IE. why doesn't smartfaq return to the category's instead of showing "The page cannot be found". hope you understand my english , and hope you can help.
