My site has not been modified codewise in atleast 4 months. Roughly two weeks ago or so my IPB started acting up.. People are unable to make new posts. The board is erroring out when adding the new post to the xoops_ipb_posts table; it says duplicate key 2975 already exists.

I have verified that the top post is actually 2974 at the moment, 2975 does note xist. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this?
