I am looking for someone that is:

* Able to keep our XOOPS system up-to-date (security patches/updates etc)
* Able to renew our theme (design not necessary but design capabilities are preferred)
* Able to add new modules to our XOOPS system

We prefer a current XOOPS developer in order to support possible improvements.

NOTE: We are still a new enterprise and hence looking at relatively low-cost payments.
