Document Management System: Only works for admin?

I installed the DMS and gave different user groups access permission, but I can only see the folders and documents on the administrative or webmaster account. When I try to view it with any other account, nothing shows up.

Any ideas what might be wrong? Much appreciated, thanks. ;)

Have you give permission to other accounts? Admin menu -> System -> Groups.

Yeah, here's the thing though. If I give the other accounts admin privleges on DMS, the other accouts can see the files but they have complete admin controls. If I just give them access permission (like I want), they can't see anything.

Stupid me.

You have to click on each Folder Options and set properties for every folder. Going through Admin menu is only so they can actually access the page.

Another problem I'm having though is that I can't seem to upload large files (3-6MB). It just sits there like it's uploading but sends me to a page that says 'Select Files to Upload' with a Continue button. Is DMS limited on file size?

No DMS is not but PHP is. You would adjust the settings in php.ini to allow more than 2 MB upload.
