Remove the included install folder from the update (this is included to update the full version before actual install), Also make sure you remove any modules from the update you are not using (the included newbb is for version 1, do not upload if you are using version 2 or CBB, Included news is for version 1.1, if you are using the latest remove it from the upgrade patch.)
