I konw there was a tutorial for adding more blocks to the XOOPS site.

I cant find it.

It is very important for my new site, to have bottom blocks, under the content, too. To added the normal center-block under the content is not enogue, I need bottom blocks too.

Can anybody give me the URL to this tutorial???

Well you can add as many blocks as you need in the Admin>Blocks section (use custom block or content module for custom html)

Is that what you mean?
