I have recently changed servers and the XP-Weather module does not allow anyone to change settings. Everytime I update the /cache/block_english.ISP to 777 it gets changed back somehow as you can see from the note below from the server admin. I am assuming this is the trouble but I am new to XOOPS as well as php. Have spent a great deal of time searching for answers your help is appreciated. ~ Don

But the permission and the ownership of this file is getting changed again after few mins. Please check your script and find out why it is changing.
