Where are the moderation options?

I must be going crazy. I can't seem to find the moderation options for the forum anywhere. Where do I approve new forum posts, make posts stickies and all that other stuff?

You can see posts waiting for approval in the forum admin index page. Sticky topics and such will be available from the topic option dropdown in each topic area.

Well the weird thing is that on the forum admin index page it says there are two topics and two total posts. One of the two should be the one thats needs to be moderated but there is no where to choose to approve it.

Double check your permissions in the forum in question, make sure "Can post without approval" is unchecked.
