Problem with Register new user

Hello, I couldn't figure out why this happen. When I install XOOPS 2.2.3 full version and was testing out all the commands or selections, I got one error is "Register Now", after I pick this it came out this:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in c:\hosting\webhost4life\member\rsmcindoe\xoops\html\class\theme.php on line 499

What can I do to fix this?

Do you have Extended Profiles installed? If not, then please install it.
