What's wrong with Who's Online block

In the Who's Online block in nothing and it have this error:

Warning [Xoops]: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "db:system_block_online.html" in file class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1084

What's wrong? Could i fix this?

XOOPS Version: 2.2.3
PHP Version: 5
Web Server Software (Apache/IIS/Other): Apache
Operating System: Linux

hi,
i have the same problem to.. the whos online could be seen but.. the content doesn't appear? could fix it?
