I'm new here so not sure if this the right forum to post in, if it's the wrong one, I would be grateful if someone could move it.

I have started a new website for the company I work for using Xoops, however, I want to be able to restrict the height of the content box and this to be the same size as the menu box. You can see the site here.

Once the height is at the restricted height, I would then like to add the scroll bar within the content box, so you can scroll through the content in the main content box rather than scroll the page. Is this achievable?

I hope all the above makes sense and would be grateful for any help in this respect.
