The page I am working on needs a way for members to fill-in their specific personal information in a form, after they click the submit button, all information will add in a database.
Then the site administrator can read/edit or delete the member information through that database, that is better to have an user-friendly page to show the database information.

may be only have the form template and the information will be stored in the database is enough. No user-friendly page for admin to edit it is no problem!

Anybody have this experience and suggestion?
