hello. this is my first post (im chilean and my english is too poor)

ok i will tell my problem.


i install a new theme (obcene v3) obiosly i have mi page in spanish (with "ñ", "à" and ¿) the problem is this

when i look the page whitout login it looks good. but when i login all this "lenguaje-special" simbols looks like "á" or "Â" all the character are changed to "Â"
plis help me (try entering to http://www.clan-snk.tk) i repeat . the problem only when i log in to the page (with others themes doesn't ocurrs.)
