how could I redirect users when they click forum=11

When the user access viewforum.php?forum=11 Id like them to be redireted to anouther page, but I only want it to happen with forum 11, is there any way to do this?

As far as XOOPS goes, set up a group for whom you will allow access in the groups area of the admin interface. Then in the forums module edit that particular forum to give that group permission to access that forum. Assuming you are the webmaster, just give yourself permission to access that forum. All others will then be redirected away.

This may be silly, but Id like it so the users could view posts, but just from the direct link to the post

so..

users could reach a thread in the forum by clicking the link

viewtopic.php?topic_id=184&forum=11

But when the try to view the forum(viewforum.php?forum=11) its self they will get redirected to anouther page.
