I need HELP! After full backup restore with WHM
I get BLANK PAGE! Any idea?

After my first message I read QA about blank page and I turn on debuging in MySQL (UPDATE xoops_config SET conf_value=1 WHERE conf_name = 'debug_mode') then I edit the file include/common.php I change error_reporting(0) to error_reporting(E_ALL), check php.ini, turn on diplay errors and still there is no any debug message.

After that I try pmlite.php to start directly and I get message: (only text)

The last message comes when the option for allowing new users registration is off. If you got access to the database, there's a prefix_config table where are all these system options. So if you find it you'll be able to manually turn it on by changing the field value. Just think this way, not able to check now..

I also did the upgrade but after some investigation found out (which I probably should have thought about in the first place) that my ftp did not automatically overwrite files.

After telling it to overwrite all files it (almost) worked. Now I get a page but I do not get the laft or right column.
