i am using XOOPS 2.02

so, i would like build up my XOOPS with dual language ...
that english and chinese .

my surface was in english version .
but some of forum was in chinese .

so if i set default language as english,
it will some unicode with the chinese forum.

however, i prefer the default language as chinese tradisional (big5) but the surface was in english....

like that , the guest no need to change ecoding to see the chinese forum .
