xoops Version 2.0.7

when I change what blocks are visible to members on certain pages it changes it for every page on the site.

Secondly I would like to be able for unregistered users to see my content before having to register at least the content on the top page. Where do I do that? If I go into the blocks admin and select unregistered my costom blocks dont show up so that I can select them as visible.

Lastly whats the latest stable release? I just installed XOOPS last week.

Check your access rights in system admin - groups.
