How would I create my own menu's to show to non-members like this site does.

How would I create my own menu's to show to non-members like this site does. Example If you look to the left top side of your screen you will see. Community "Home" "All about Xoops" "Xoops News" etc.

You can quite easily add your own custom links to the main menu :

see this Customise Main Menu FAQ

Also, you can rename the Main Menu block to call it 'Community' or whatever you like really
