How to edit the registration form

I've been trying to figure this out.

What I want to do is change the blue-ish/grey-ish backgrounds and table border size on the user registration form but can't find the right file to edit.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Edit: I'm using XOOPS 2.2.2

I suspect you'd have to edit the css file in your theme directory for your current theme.
