Xoops Doesn't Refresh Template files

hey guys, i need your help


Xoops Doesn't Refresh Template files
it only update \themes\ files..b
ut blocks, and others file (the whole /modules/ dir) doesn't refresh.
it just happens to me? let me know how can i fix it.


"xoops keeps files even i delete them from the templace_c dir." btw

i need help pls :)

Let me get this str8. You only modified the theme?

If you only modified your theme's files then that's logical If you also want the modules templates to be modified then you have to modify the modules files as well ...

nope, i modified the "modules/*/templates" but XOOPS keeps the same files.
even if i delete all files from "template_c" dir, they will be recreated.

Oh I see. Then you didn't update the modules from the admin section. After any modification in modules folder you have to update it.

Login to your site as a admin and then go to

http://www.your.site's.root/modules/system/admin.php?fct=modulesadmin

Under this link you have on the "Action" column 2 (or 3) buttons:
1 - Update
(2 - Uninstall - if the module isn't active)
3 - Info

You just HAVE TO update the modules that u changed.
