Good afternoon. Im using imago06 and it links to xoopsfaq, which i do not have that module im using a different one for FAQ. So i researched what i thought i had to do and edited the theme.html file located under /themes/imago06/ and uploaded it... Well none of the changes i made took effect. I even attempted to change the footer as just a proof that i was actually changing things.

I attempted to change the default theme to something different no love. I deleted my cache/cookies/history, no love. Even rebooted my laptop lol. Still nothing.

So i finally downloaded the theme.html to check its contents, my changes are in there? is there some sort of rebuild button or whatnot that im unaware of?

you probably have to update the system - that way it'll notice you made a change to the themes and it'll update the database.

I wasnt sure exactly what "update the system" ment, so doing a quick search in all the forums turned up the following:
