Not easily.

The contents of modules are output to the main body part of the page. Blocks are rendered completely separately from the main body. So there's no simple way to redirect the output of a module to appear in a block.

The easiest way would probably be to hack in a block for a module and have that block just run the main code for the module.

That's all just theory, I've never actually tried it. Good luck,
