Hi All,

I am on 2.0.13.1 and have today noticed that the notification system is playing up. Whenever I subscribe to an event (in any module) it gets added to the list. However a PM is never sent.

(the correct options have been set in the user menu).

Has anyone seen this before or know of a good way to try and debug this (strange) behaviour ?
