I'm hacking a quiz module, and would like to add an option Where I can set an email address. I've added the config item to the xoops_version.php file, but need to know what else to do to make it show up for module preferences.
Anyone have some ideas or links where I can find the info?

Thanks!

Other than adding it to xoops_version.php, adding any language strings that it references to module/-/language/-/modinfo.php, and updating the module from the module administration page, no other changes should be required.

That's assuming that the module follows the usual XOOPS conventions.

That the module is using usual conventions could be suspect. I'll have to compare to a good model!

Thank!
