Hey, couple little things that I can't seem to shake.

On 2.2.2, the theme_usernav.html file has a <{$smarty.now|date_format:"%A, %e %B %Y"}> tag that enters the date. Even though I've set my site to French, this date is still in English format. I take it it stays this way since it gets the date from the server.

What would be the way to change this, so as to show date in French?

I tried my little clock.js and the javascript in the theme but just can't get it to work like in 2.0.13.


Question 2

I'm trying to stick the <{$xoops_banner}> in a center column Block, unfortunately itms not showing, and my search was unsuccessful.

Can someone enlighten me???

xoops-banner finally found on through the search here and reading a bit more closely.

The date problem however, found doing a Google search, and low and behold it brought me back right HERE for the answer.

Gotta love Google! I've often found that Google's algorithm is much more efficient that the XOOPS built in Search facilities. But, that's what Google does, so it's not suprising.
