xmlrpc.php blocked access

With the recent vulnerabilities in xmlrpc.php my webhosting company has decided to block access to xmlrpc.php until its considering secure. I haven't noticed any problems with our site but could I expect any with the XOOPS 2.2 core?

Re: xmlrpc.php blocked access

You shouldn't.

But if you don't use xmlrpc, there is no real reason to have it, either. The fewer entry points to your database, the better.
