Setting start page and Google Page Rank

When you set the start page to be a certain module it will list it as say http://www.seductionhome/modules/AMS ..Normally I would not care, but this is a matter of this page not having the pagerank that http://www.seductionhome.com has. Is there a way to make the system go to the root domain, EVEN IF you are going to a certain module?

Maybe you could set your site up to not use a module as the start page, and then just populate the "home page" with blocks.
