At the bottom of all my modules with "Notification Options" I see "Without Mail Options" appear at the bottom of each page. When I expand "Notification Options" I see "Notification Method is: disabled" with a "[Change]" link which I clicked on only to be redirected to my profile which does not appear to have any information missing.

What did I do wrong? How do I get Notifications to active and "Mail Options" working correctly?
