I am getting an error after installing the Formulize module

Notice [PHP]: Constant _MI_formulize_NOTIFY_FORM already defined in file modules/formulize/language/english/modinfo.php line 16

Any ideas? Also, I may be blind but I can not find where to install the patches, the instructions say to place in class/xoopsform folder which does not exist in my installation. What am I missing here? Do I just need to creat a new folder?

New to this, thanks a ton for any help!

Re: Formulize

class/xoopsform is a core folder, not in the module.

The notice is nothing to worry about - just a definition that was duplicated.

I'm sure Julian would love to get the feedback in his project page

Thanks for answering so soon, just one more stupid question for you... Do I overwrite the existing formselect.php file?

Thanks again for the help!

Yes, overwrite the existing files.

Thanks for the plug for the project space Mith! It is indeed nice to keep tips and questions together over there. But I'll answer stuff here, and/or point to answers over there as necessary.
