Sending a Private Message to multiple users or a group

Is this possible if so how do I do it. i have tried adding more than one person to the send list but it only sends it to the person selected. Also is there a way to just type in the username instead of having to click on lis then add. Just think it would save time. Thanks

I believe under system admin, there is a 'mail users' option. You can select an entire group to email or PM.

Yes, you can go in Admin - > Find Users and select individual users to send mail to, or Admin -> Mail Users to send to a group.
