Add User.. Find User Bugs in v 2.2.1.

I am unable to manually add users in the new release v 2.2.1 (can someone help?) Is the feature lost???

Also I am unable to access inactive users from the Find User feature. I can select them but I get an error messag saying that no user was selected. Any help????

It's under Modules >> Extended Profiles >> Users.
