What I'd give to be good with PHP right about now! That looks like it might be a viable solution, especially since it supports reading from MySQL. A couple features I was surprised to see are that it supports external stylesheets and that it has such flexibility in placement. It really doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to integrate if you're good with PHP.
