i tried http://www.100webspace.com/ , it has php and MySQL support w/ 100mb space, but it acts weird... user's can't stay logged in, and now all the blocks in the controlpanel just diappeared.... i have no blocks to control meaning no blocks to assign...

I never tell anyone to go with a free host. There are lots of hosts that will host and SUPPORT you for $5.00 or less a month. Do a Google search and you will find them.
