I have a site setup, and have tested it from multiple PC's and Browsers. I have no problem, but one person is unable to create new pages. They can edit/delete pages, and perform other admin tasks, but are unable to create new pages. The most confusing part is that they see the message that the page is being added to the database, and then after that it was successfully added. I checked the logs, the databse, no trace of it. Could a firewall or pop-up blokcer affect this? Is there a hidden page in the background that runs to update the content?

most likely the firewall. Have the person add your site to the 'trusted sites' list.
