Sorry if this post looks ugly, but i trie to ilustrate my problem.

1- What happen if a forum user put a big image linked from another website and resize the windows more than usual?

EXAMPLE:Resized Image

2- What happens if a forum user put a secuency of uninterrumpted characters or a long link as text and resize the windows more than usual?

EXAMPLE: http://www.averylongnamewebpage.com/rezise1000000000000000000000000000000000020020200202020202020202020020202022.htm

Is very common in forums that this things happens. How can i prevent that?
