G'day all,

I thought I was stupid, now I've confirmed it!

Can anyone advise me on why the "
Module File for X-IPB-Module_14H Not Found!" in the admin module.

would appear after I have uploaded the file to the module diectory. Same thing has happened to a few "non-core" modules as well. Is there missing code in the modules for version check or something??

I am on 2.0.10

Usually it could be one of two issues.

1. Most common. The wrong root module folder uploaded to the server. Should be "module folder| xoops_version.php" not "folder | module folder | xoops_version.php"

2. The ftp program is not uploading with the proper encoding. If you upload a bianary file as acii, or vice versa will cause a corrupt module directory.
