My site is http://www.stop-n-crop.com/Forums

I have added my banner.. But still have that blue line.. I tried to remove some of the banner stuff that is in the header and it didnt work right so I did put it back.

Can someone tell me what is safe to remove

Im not seeing those lines in the Header.php

Not fully understanding what you are wanting to do. If you are wanting to remove the banner, then just disable the banner function from within the XOOPS admin preferences. You shouldn't need to edit php files for this.

If you are wanting to modify the layout of your site, then this is done via your theme. Have a look in your /themes directory to see which ones you have.
