I am concerned that google and other search engines are counting my sessions as real pages and indexing them.

What that also means is that if they are not already, they will soon be punishing me for duplicate content and spamming and my site will not gain as much traffic from these search engines.

Is there any hack or way to alter the robot.txt file that I can do to stop this?

I've not seen this problem on my 10+ XOOPS sites.

Yes I can see your sites don't suffer from the same problem, if you type "site:www.impartial-investor.co.uk" into google then you will see that alot of my sessions come up.

This may be due to a hack I used from this site; it may have been reynaldo's one here: https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?viewmode=flat&topic_id=16663&forum=14

but I am not sure. I think I may have to undo this hack and see what happens.

Has anyone else has used a hack to shorten their URL's and found this problem?

Cheers

Sterling
