is there any way to to Import category and subcategory from dmoz.org or yahoo.com on XOOPS web links or link module ?

See this news item about the Xoops ODP module. It may not be what you are looking for but it works well.

no I was not clear . I am searching something to
extract categories names from dmoz (only categories) and
import on Links or WebLinks categories...
