I'm looking for a module to allow users or admins to easily enter html in a form and have it added to the main menu, not as a sub-menu to the module menu. Are there any modules that do this?

I've tried many content management modules, but they all add the link to the sub-menu of the module menu and not directly under the Main Menu.
