I have installed XOOPS before, multiple times.
Just never as a ~user, Anything I am missing?

no you do not need to install in root directory, but mainfile path needs to reflect proper path.

Yes database is created, but I am not even getting the first page of the install. Something I have tried.

I have another customer using XOOPS and their website is

works great.

But if I go to
http://www.aminizoo.com/~trico
I get the same exact error.

That is why I asked if it had to have a domain.
