upgrade installation problem?

gI've just installed the latest upgrade pack over my existing site. everything seems to have worked only that all the custom content ive created has disapeared from view. When i go into the blocks administration my content and html is all in place. Ive tried to add new conntent but it still wont display.
Can you tell me what ive done wrong please?

What version of XOOPS were you on, and what version are you on now?

oops i was on XOOPS 2.0.9 and now im on 2.10rc

Don't know if you realise, but the RC in the 2.0.10 version of XOOPS stands for Release Candidate. This means it is still not considered suitable for use in a production environment. I beleive Mith is still fine tuning some issues with the new tokens system. Did you backup your site before upgrading?

Shall i try re-installing the xoops.2.0.9 paqckage?

You should just follow the instructions and update the system module for custom blocks to show again.

Ok ive really messed up this time.
Before you replied to my 2nd to last message i re-installed 2.0.9. now how do i get round the tables that already exist when i install?
Sorry to be a pain in the css!
