picollo and other themes having trouble displaying

When using the Picollo theme and some of the others, when I go into the Forum sections, the menus that are supposed to be drop down when the mouse scrolls over it are automatically fully expanded.

If you go to my site, and then select the Picollo theme, then go to the Discussion Area you'll see what I'm talking about.

Is there a fix for this?
