Problem With Stickyed Forum Polls

I've noticed that if I ever try to sticky a topic that has a poll, it will include whatever thread is below it (changes based on when they have been updated, of course) in the "Important Topics" section. Has anyone else experienced, and is there any sort of fix I can look in to?
