I need a news module with some special features

Hallo all!!

I am getting a Real state site and i have thought to handle with properties by means of a news module (add, delete, search...).Which one offer me the chance to search within the articles through a unique code or something like that ???? Please advise me if you think it ins't the better way in order to implement this performance.

AMS allows you to search via the article id number, which is unique to each article.
