Hello XOOPS world!

I've been using the standard image gallery with delight. It's oh so very convenient not to have to switch to FTP to upload images, remember exactly where they are stored, use unfriendly names, etc.

It would be great to have something similar for sounds. You could define sound categories, upload sound files and use your usual page editor such as SPAW in order to insert sounds into your pages via an EMBED tag. Ideally, you would also be able to select whether to autoplay the sound upon page loading, whether to display the player controls and how big you want it to be.

If someone can fix a module for that purpose, I'll volunteer to do a translation into French.
