lost the block in admin section?

I created the php script and added submitted it now I see the title of the block but the block does not function, I dont see it in the block listing either. Anyone know were these are stored once you sumbit them?

Custom blocks are stored in the xoops_newblocks table.

On the blocks administration page, check that you have the correct filter choices in the pulldown menus at the top.

If that doesn't help, check the group administration page.
