I am trying to see what happened?

1st, I installed XOOPS with ALL green lights. Worked fine.
2nd, I had alot of files on my server so I deleted most files that I could.
3rd, I re-installed XOOPS DIRECTLY in the root directory as the previous installation was placed in /XOOPS and I could not get the webpage to come up automatically in XOOPS from entering the ISP # direct. Whew! Hope you are with me so far?
4th, my PROBLEM & FINALLY my QUESTION...

I have several about 20-30 modules that are not found and cannot be installed, but are there in the folders. Would this have anything to do with the Database as I used the SAME data base as before from the original install??

Thank you in advance if you are able to weed through the mire.
